  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in portfolio, and in publications such as art book

  • I retain all copyright in the artwork ordered

  • the Customer can print the commissioned artwork for personal use or as a gift

  • the Customermay post the commissioned artwork on any website and social media

  • the Customer may NOT modify the commissioned artwork without Performer consent

  • the Customer may NOT use the ordered artwork for commercial purposes.
